Timothy M. Pebler founded Collision Dynamics during a
12-year career in law enforcement with the Scottsdale Police
Department (1976 -1979) and the Arizona Highway Patrol
(1979 - 1987)  In addition to his direct involvement in
accident investigation and reconstruction, Mr. Pebler
trained law enforcement personnel in accident investigation
and reconstruction.  To supplement his field experience, Mr.
Pebler has completed university courses in physics,
mathematics and engineering.
Joseph E. Manning began focusing on accident
reconstruction in 2002 after 13 years working in the area of
crash safety.  His background in crash safety included areas
such as kinematics of restrained occupants, correlation of
computer models to crash tests, frontal impact, side impact,
and rollovers.  Mr. Manning has been involved in crash
testing and occupant studies for automotive, rail, and
aviation crash conditions.
